The First Circuit affirmed the sentence imposed in connection with Defendant’s conviction for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person. The district court sentenced Defendant to ninety-five months imprisonment. In calculating Defendant’s sentence, the district court applied three enhancements: a two-level enhancement for possession of a stolen gun, a four-level enhancement for using a gun in connection with another felony, and a two-level enhancement for obstructing justice by committing perjury at trial. On appeal, Defendant challenged the district court’s application of these enhancements. the First Circuit affirmed, holding that there was no error in the district court’s imposition of the three enhancements.
